Who I am

This website is operated by Liv Lowe, a breathwork practitioner trading as livlowe.com. I am the data controller for any personal information collected through this website. You can contact me at [email protected].

What data I collect

When you submit the enquiry form on this website, I collect your name, email address, and the information you choose to share about yourself and what's bringing you to breathwork. Form submissions are processed by a third-party service which delivers your enquiry directly to my inbox. This service does not store or use your data for any other purpose.

This website does not use cookies, tracking scripts, or analytics tools. No data is collected about your browsing behaviour.

How I use your data

The information you provide through the enquiry form is used solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange a discovery call, and prepare for any sessions we may have together.

If you opt in to receive updates from me, your name and email address will be stored with a third-party mailing list provider. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. I will never use your data for marketing purposes unless you explicitly opt in.

Who has access to your data

Your data is accessible only to me. I will never sell, share, or pass on your personal details to third parties, other than the services described above which process data on my behalf.

How long I keep your data

I retain enquiry form data and session records for as long as we are working together, and for up to 12 months after our last session. After this period, your data is securely deleted unless you request earlier deletion or there is a legal reason to retain it.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to request access to the personal data I hold about you, request correction of any inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, and withdraw your consent to data processing at any time. To exercise any of these rights, please contact me at [email protected].

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you believe your data has been handled improperly. You can contact the ICO at ico.org.uk.

Changes to this policy

I may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
